This work is about delivering the hard-won wisdom of accomplished women across generations – and doing so with clarity, speed, compassion, humor and joy for the purpose of elevating the wellness, passions and talents of women in leadership.
Our mission is to gather and share what works so we can inspire, prepare and engage women leaders for a sometimes wonderful, sometimes rocky path. We do this to address the real business problems of unwanted turnover and gender inequity, to reduce guilt, anxiety and fear, and to increase fulfillment of LeaderMoms. We seek to create an invaluable archive for younger women coming up the ranks.
